Notification Emails

Applications

Different clients will have varying preferences when it comes to how they want to be notified for applications arriving at the website. There are some options here:

1. Send an email to a group email address notifying multiple people that an application has arrived
2. Route notifications to the recruiters email assigned to the job
3. Route notifications based on specific job data such as branch data, location or division
4. Switch off notifications and let Bullhorn notify their recruiters

These can be setup on gravity forms notifications depending on what the client chooses.

Submit Resumes

If the client wants to place resumes into Bullhorn directly (Submit a Resume or Open Apply, for more information please view Candidates and Job Applications), we also need to confirm how they want to pass on the information for recruiters:

1. Send an email to a group email address notifying multiple people that an application has arrived
2. Route notifications to the recruiters email assigned to the job

4. Switch off notifications and let Bullhorn notify their recruiters

Candidate Auto-responses:

Through Gravity Forms, we have the ability to send an auto-response to the candidate once they apply for a job. The details and text of this can be customized for each client.
